These four executives bring their expertise and strategic vision to Sentral as the company continues to offer guests and residents something more than a place to live: they’re helping to build innovative communities for life.

Lisa Yeh, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Yeh joined Sentral in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Asset Management and Finance, with a desire to be at the forefront of innovating the industry. She was responsible for overseeing the performance of each Sentral community, developing and executing strategic and operational plans that ensured overall alignment and success of the Sentral portfolio. Over the past year with Ms. Yeh as SVP, Sentral saw unprecedented growth, entering four new markets and seeing a 33 percent growth in the portfolio. During this time, Ms. Yeh improved Sentral’s operations platform by combining the best practices from multifamily and hospitality into one vertical, leading to attractive revenue growth and operating margins. As Sentral’s first COO, Ms. Yeh will continue to support Sentral’s growth and assist in identifying opportunities for expansion as the company works to build out their C-suite – making 75 percent of Sentral’s senior leadership female-led.

Louise Parsons-Davey, Senior Vice President of Revenue and Sales

Having been drawn to the company in 2020 by their ability to offer the flexibility that residents and travelers now seek more than ever, Ms. Parsons-Davey has held VP positions in revenue, distribution and sales, where she has been responsible for designing and heading the strategy and optimization of all three departments. In her new Senior VP of Revenue and Sales role, Ms. Parsons-Davey will lead her team as they continue to identify new revenue streams, fine tune distribution, and ensure their strategies are aligned with the growth of Sentral.

Maggie Lang, Vice President of Culture and Development

With experience in marketing, sales and brand development, Ms. Lang found her career organically pivoted toward internal communications, learning and development, and culture building in the past decade. Most recently serving as the Head of Culture and Development at Sentral, Lang has focused on creating a sustainable culture that people want to come work for and thrive in amid the company’s rapid growth – tripling in size since its launch less than two years ago. In her new role, she will continue to focus on the team’s growth and development while leading mentorship programs, creating and implementing tools and resources to support each team member, and building Sentral’s employer brand and employee value proposition.

Rikesh Patel, Senior Vice President of Real Estate

With experience in structuring and executing real estate transactions with a focus on innovation and value-add hospitality projects, Mr. Patel has joined Sentral as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate. Mr. Patel comes to Sentral from Sonder where he was their Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Americas, focusing on growth opportunities across the country for the tech-driven hospitality company. In his new role as SVP of Real Estate, Mr. Patel will work to identify potential sites for Sentral’s unique communities while also leading underwriting and legal as well as focusing on the brand’s growth and development across the U.S.
